I dont think you guys understand. Murdering isn't valid in any situation! She killed cats that did nothing wrong!? Like Frecklewish, all she did was bring Mapleshade to the border so she wouldn't come back. Frecklewish was in shock too, that's why she didn't help Mapleshade save her kits. It was also rational to not jump into the river to save them because they both cant swim against those currents. Not to mention she killed Ravenwing for spreading a rumor about who the real father was which wa spretty obvious from the start since they didnt show Birchface's skills. Finally, she tried killing Reedshine because Appledusk was "her's". (Honorable mention: she tried ruining CrookedStar's life and then explained her story as if that was valid, and tried to kill Sandstorm for having a "perfect life") None of this was valid and the book shouldn't have made it seem that way

I don’t get why people are still going at her and calling sally a terrible person after a year of finding and that this happened like 5, now 6, years ago. I would understand if people didn’t give up the situation because she did something absolutely terrible like r*pe or murder someone, but all she did was groom someone, I’m not saying that’s good, but she’s clearly changed, she’s clearly moved on and wants to leave all that behind. And everyone is acting like the 17 year old was a child who couldn’t protect themselves or make their own choices, their *17* , yes it’s a different maturity from 21, but they can still make their own choices, they still know what their doing, just because they aren’t in the same maturity as a 21 year old doesn’t mean their stupid. Yes it should’ve been sally to say the relationship wouldn’t work out, but just because she didn’t doesn’t mean she deserves this much backlash so long after it happened. there’s situations like draiknator (who I don’t even know what they did), and sssniperwolf who doxxed someone’s house for all their subscribers or followers to see, that happened recently, but they get forgotten just like that because they keep posting and ignore the hate, then we find out sally did something years and years ago, people go at her like rabid dogs, and because she takes a break people decide to take advantage and keep putting hateful comments in the comment section, she’s taking a *break* , she’s not staying and trying to act like nothing happened, she knows she did something wrong and that’s why she changed and tried to forget about it, it’s why when the truth came out she either left or took a break, because *she knows she did something wrong* , you don’t have to yell at her and call her disgusting and make her feel worse than she probably already does. People can say whatever they want, they can call me gross, say I don’t know anything about grooming, say I need therapy, say I need to get myself checked, but I don’t care, I just want sally back.

You nailed the whole thing, every part. But the Diana part... it caused me sooo much discomfort (but in a good way!!) I dont know if something like "immersion discomfort" exist, but i think it would be the best description. Just like Diana... for a minute I felt like I was her in a part, trying to escape her ZTD trauma by moving out, but no dice. Trying to remember her ZTD trauma, everything makes her remember that, come again no dice. Like the whole game isn't just escape room and enjoyable talk with others (like for us), but a trauma that she can't forget, that follows her in every part of her life, just like her husband. Come again, that's a fricking masterpiece
